Who we are

EMT Journey is provided by Smoke Signal Solutions (“we”, “us”). By using the EMT Journey app or this website you agree to these terms.

Educational use only

EMT Journey is a study aid for EMS certification exams. It is not medical advice, not a substitute for an accredited EMS education program, and not a clinical protocol. Always follow your local protocols, medical direction and instructors. Using EMT Journey does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's account settings.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell or redistribute the app's questions or content, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use it to break the law.

Content ownership

The app's questions, explanations, images and software belong to Smoke Signal Solutions or its licensors.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

EMT Journey is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoke Signal Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
