Your study progress and app preferences are stored on your device using local storage. This data is not accessible to us or any third party. If you delete the app, all locally stored data will be removed.

This website (emtjourney.com) collects only what you choose to send us:

Support messages — your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
Data deletion requests — your email address and, if you provide it, the support ID shown in the app, so we can find and delete your data.
Newsletter signups — your email address, kept only after you confirm it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

With each submission we record your IP address and browser type to prevent spam and abuse. The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, and email is delivered by Amazon Simple Email Service. We do not sell your information or use advertising trackers on this website. The site sets only the cookies it needs to work (form security and, for staff, a login session); we do not use tracking cookies.

To have website data deleted, use the data deletion request form.

EMT Journey does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.
