Request data deletion

Ask us to delete any data we hold about you: support messages, newsletter signups and any app data linked to your Support ID. We'll confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google; deleting your data doesn't cancel a subscription. See Support for how to cancel.
